Surface Plasmon Resonance is a highly sensitive, label free optical detection process that has been used to monitor molecular surface interactions. The SPRi imaging technology takes SPR analysis one step further enabling the biochip to be prepared in an array format to simultaneously monitor up to several hundreds of specific interactions simultaneously in a robust and sensitive manner.
