Surface Plasmon Resonance Imaging

Showing the single result

Surface Plasmon Resonance is a highly sensitive, label free optical detection process that has been used to monitor molecular surface interactions. The SPRi imaging technology takes SPR analysis one step further enabling the biochip to be prepared in an array format to simultaneously monitor up to several hundreds of specific interactions simultaneously in a robust and sensitive manner.

What are Surface Plasmon Resonance Imaging instruments capable of?

  • Real time, label free detection
  • Monitoring hundreds of interactions simultaneously
  • Kinetic and equilibrium binding data

What are the main applications?

  • Label free molecular interaction analysis
  • High throughput screening
  • Molecular interactions from crude samples
